Hey, thanks, Keira! I'm still in a state of shock. And I'm so happy that some of my favourite books from last year made the cut. Not to mention some of my favourite people!

Congrats to all the finalists! The GH has a special place in my heart, so I know how important these contests are to the writers who enter and final.

Hi Keira - I'm still reeling from yesterday's excitement and I wasn't even in the running! Thanks for joining in the fun at Bandita Central. It was quite the party. :-)

And please indulge me as I throw out one more Woohoo for double-threat Anna C.!!

I know all the finalists are tickled pink at your shout-outs, Keira! It's obvious competition was fierce this year in both the GH and the RITA. I know you'll be on hand for the conference and the big awards ceremony. Can't wait to see you there!

Another Bandita swooping by to say HI, Keira! And thanx a BUNCH for joining out celebration yesterday in the Lair.

Like Trish and Kate, I was in The Gap this year - sold, so not eligible for the GH, but my book isn't out yet, so not eligible for the Rita. Let me tell you that is was NICE to have the pressure off for one year! Looking forward to the awards night in San Francisco and the MAJOR PARTY after to celebrate our winners.

Keira, congrats to all the finalists. It's such a coup to make five people love your book that much!

I also read your change coach blog. Very interesting. I have friends who are change coaches. I just didn't realize that's what they were. Who knew? Great job!

See you in San Fran?

Sorry I'm late to the party, Keira! Is there chocolate left? Has the GR been by? (If he has, probably the martini's are gone).

I took yesterday off from work to stare at the phone....all it did was stare back. But the disappointment was aleviated by our Bandita GH and RITA finalists!
Woohoo!

My dear Bandita Buddies, sorry for the delay in my appearance here. I was involved in ferrying Miss Wee to two different playdates. What happened to open the door and run out and play in the street?

Banditas, we need to throw a large party, OK?

Cassondra, I'm outing us. She and I are rooming together. Hope most of you are rooming closeby. I also hope to sit with you guys so when I let out my soprano screech there's a choir backing me up. Of course, when Pam is not up on the dias, she can hit the high C.

Joan, I'm so sorry. I was hoping that the two Banditas I met in Dallas would be the ones I'd be rooting for in SF.

Who's Pam rooming with?

Thanks for the congrats--and congrats to all the other finalists.

Anyone notice how many romantic comedies were on the list? Including comedies in the paranormal category?

A new cycle on the way?

Diana, thanks for stopping by!! Wonderful to see you here, and another huge congratulations to you.

Trish, do you hold the record for most number of GH finals?

Kate, I'm so-so glad you're part of the illustrious list.

Caren, I definitely plan to be there attempting to break glass with my screeching for my favs as they walk up to the podium.

AC, thanks much for swinging by. I can't wait for the post-dessert (sugar and caffeine) party with the Banditas. Much rejoicing. Much lubrication of the throat. More rejoicing. More..

Nancy, it's great to read that you have change coaches in your corner already. Keeps life moving forward, doesn't it?
